EngenderHealth is seeking expressions of interest from highly qualified candidates for a position of Project Coordinator on an anticipated DFID-funded Gender-Based Violence prevention project based in Dodoma.

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for technical leadership, coordination and provide strategic oversight of project activities. S/he has an advanced degree in either social sciences or health, with at least 8 years' experience working in gender-focused programs and management of such programs in Tanzania and/or other developing countries. S/he will provide specialist expertise in the following: gender-based violence prevention or response, gender programs, behavior change communications, media campaigns, training supervision. Experience working on the regional and community level preferred. Fluent spoken and written English required. This position is subject to change based on procurement requirements and is contingent on EngenderHealth being awarded the project.
