POSITION: Human Resource and Administration Officer

POSITION DESCRIPTION
1.Preparing and checking the payroll for staffs ,and then applying for the salary by OA
2.Updating the staff information in the HRIS, includes salary information and personnel information
3.Checking and collecting the personnel files for the new staff and updating the personnel files
4.Assisting reception to do the attendance management and preparing the monthly attendance report
5. Maintaining attendance records of annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, absenteeism etc.
6. Preparing the contract for new staff and terminating or renewing the contract when it will be expired
7. Taking charge of personnel management includes joining, probation assessment, post transfer, promotion, demotion and termination etc.
8. Submitting the OAs, includes joining, probation assessment, salary application and exit.
9. Assisting HR manager to supervising and checking the works of subordinates.
10. Other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
